• The Zoo Health Club: The Zoo Health Club is a 24/7 access club featuring superior cardio and strength training equipment, personal training and a family-friendly environment.
  
• Fit for Her: Is an exclusive women’s fitness center offering cardio and strength equipment, free weights, fitness classes, massage chairs, sauna, tanning, personal training and child care.
  
• Rejuvenate Fitness Center & Spa for Women: Is an upscale women’s only facility with cardio and strength equipment, group classes, weight control programs, personal training and child care. The spa services include microdermabrasion, facials and glycolic peels and other non-invasive procedures.
  
• Sedona: Is an upscale full service women’s only fitness facility featuring a South Western spa decor and a full array of cardio machines, strength machines, free weights, group classes, personal training and child care.
• ShapeXpress: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women using pin select strength equipment. Cardio machines, free weights, benches, stability balls and personal training and 60 minute exercise classes are also offered.
  
• Liberty Fitness: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women and consists of recovery stations and adjustable hydraulic machines. A separate area is designed for the cardio and strength equipment.
  
• Liberty Weight Loss: Is a weight loss center for men and women featuring a comfortable, convenient and non-intimidating environment.
  
• Liberty Fitness & Weight Loss: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women. The weight loss program requires one-on-one counseling 1-2 times per week which includes weekly weigh-ins and required weight loss products.
